Returns and exchanges
Faulty goods will be refunded or we can replace your bag of jigsaw pieces. Unfortunately it is not possible to provide individual replacement pieces.
Faulty jigsaws must be returned within 30 days for a refund. A photo of the problem or missing pieces would be extremely helpful.
Non-faulty goods must be returned within 14 days after receiving the product.
The cost of goods will be refunded provided they are still in the condition that they left our warehouse in.
The return postage will not be refunded.
